At KESHA'S JUMPY HOUSE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase date.
REFUNDS
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at support@keshasjumpyhouse.com. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return or exchange. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions for returning the item(s).
